I haven't been able to access my OneDrive Personal Vault in the past few days. I've tried multiple ways (PC, iOS app, webpage) but none works - on the iOS app, it prompted me to setup personal vault even though I've done the setup a long time ago. After completing authentication, the app popped up with "Unable to complete Personal Vault setup, please try again in a few minutes". I tried removing the app and started fresh and that didn't help. on webpage, after authentication, it popped up saying "There was a problem unlocking your Personal Vault". I tried both Edge and Chrome and got the same results. on PC, onedrive can't unlock my personal vault, and popped up with error code 0x8004db90. I tried unlinking onedrive and relinking it and that didn't help. Overall this feels like an authentication issue but somehow only affects personal vault access.. If anyone has any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it!

Maybe it only works on iPhone. I have android threfore the described method didnt work for me... I am using Pixel phone, surprisingly the method works for me on phone and PC today. Previously same method did not work. I guess microsoft quietly fixed it, at least for certain users?

Hi everyone, After being without my personal vault for three weeks and countless emails to Microsoft support to resolve, I have finally got my OneDrive Vault back. I have now downloaded my files to my NAS as I don’t want to be in that situation again. Just to let everyone know that I did not do any resets as suggested. I can see my vault on all devices now. Thank you to all who provided their experiences as I though it was only me.

Hi guys, after seeing a few replies that their personal vault randomly works today, I just tried mine and it DOES work now on my phone and on the webpage now. I haven't got a chance to try PC onedrive app. Not entirely sure if the problem is resolved, but wanna share the news in case it works for everyone now. EDIT: I didn't try accessing my personal vault more often than about once a week.. so hopefully trying every day is not the required step for everyone as the other posts suggested :)
