I haven't been able to access my OneDrive Personal Vault in the past few days. I've tried multiple ways (PC, iOS app, webpage) but none works - on the iOS app, it prompted me to setup personal vault even though I've done the setup a long time ago. After completing authentication, the app popped up with "Unable to complete Personal Vault setup, please try again in a few minutes". I tried removing the app and started fresh and that didn't help. on webpage, after authentication, it popped up saying "There was a problem unlocking your Personal Vault". I tried both Edge and Chrome and got the same results. on PC, onedrive can't unlock my personal vault, and popped up with error code 0x8004db90. I tried unlinking onedrive and relinking it and that didn't help. Overall this feels like an authentication issue but somehow only affects personal vault access.. If anyone has any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it!

I have been having the same problem. But I can now access my personal vault by using my PIN to login, rather than using the camera. I have the same issues with other programs - PIN is accepted, but not facial recognition. Hope that works for you.

Has it worked for anyone? My two-factor authentication is now not working, and I also don't have access to my data. It also annoys me that the support staff connected to my computer and started restoring the system, even though I kept telling her that the problem was not with the computer. In the end, the computer stopped booting, and the staff member just closed the ticket, leaving me with a non-working computer. Why is there no feedback and no way to reopen the ticket or leave a comment?

I have the same issue for 20 days : unable to access important files in my personal vault. And paying for this service ! I opened a ticket with Ms support : they requested to do several things that did not work : dissociated account, /reset.... I did it, gathered the error message in a pdf file, said it was not working. So they just closed my ticket ! I have the same issue on a very new pc configured wth my account and as well on my android phone, so issue is no linked to my devices. I see more and more users with the same issue. Linked to Crowdstrike issue ???

Tracy, What's the status of resolving this issue? I urgently need access to my One Drive Personal Vault. I need to prepare my fiscal year end corporate taxes and I cannot access my documents. This is a critical problem for me. Is Microsoft treating this problem as a high priority? This is a serious problem. Regards, Fred
