I haven't been able to access my OneDrive Personal Vault in the past few days. I've tried multiple ways (PC, iOS app, webpage) but none works - on the iOS app, it prompted me to setup personal vault even though I've done the setup a long time ago. After completing authentication, the app popped up with "Unable to complete Personal Vault setup, please try again in a few minutes". I tried removing the app and started fresh and that didn't help. on webpage, after authentication, it popped up saying "There was a problem unlocking your Personal Vault". I tried both Edge and Chrome and got the same results. on PC, onedrive can't unlock my personal vault, and popped up with error code 0x8004db90. I tried unlinking onedrive and relinking it and that didn't help. Overall this feels like an authentication issue but somehow only affects personal vault access.. If anyone has any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it!

I have the same issue, I have try in my cellphone, laptop and on the page, error I noticed the error around august 20th.

Same problem for the past few days on my PC and Phone. I tried with some Microsoft technical "expert" who recommended to delete the App and reinstall it, and now the Vault is gone.

Same here since at least a week. Completely unreliable service and unacceptable error

I've had the same problem since Sunday as everyone else. Tried all fixes mentioned, locked out on all devices. This is not acceptable, where is the fix? We're not just paying for a service that isn't being delivered, we're paying for a service that is causing significant issues for all affected. It's not good enough to ask people to vote on an issue in the hope it becomes a priority to fix. If I can't access my Bank Account I can speak to someone at the bank. I can't access my critical files & I have no-one to talk to at Microsoft. Just raise a ticket & get asked to do all the fixes already mentioned & then close it again with no accountability your end when it hasn't worked? The personal vault was supposed to be a safe place to store files to stop other people accessing them not to stop the account holder accessing them.
