I haven't been able to access my OneDrive Personal Vault in the past few days. I've tried multiple ways (PC, iOS app, webpage) but none works - on the iOS app, it prompted me to setup personal vault even though I've done the setup a long time ago. After completing authentication, the app popped up with "Unable to complete Personal Vault setup, please try again in a few minutes". I tried removing the app and started fresh and that didn't help. on webpage, after authentication, it popped up saying "There was a problem unlocking your Personal Vault". I tried both Edge and Chrome and got the same results. on PC, onedrive can't unlock my personal vault, and popped up with error code 0x8004db90. I tried unlinking onedrive and relinking it and that didn't help. Overall this feels like an authentication issue but somehow only affects personal vault access.. If anyone has any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it!

I, also am having the same issues. I can access all my one drive files I just can't open my vault. I've tried signing out and signing back in. doesn't help. Same two errors There was a problem unlocking your personal vault We encountered an unexpected error and could not unlock your personal vault. I've also noticed that files on my onedrive are not being remembered for quick access. For example if I try to open the last used file in Excel or Word the apps don't remember and I have to physically find the file and double click to open. Not sure if that has anything to do with in ability to open the vault but both issues started at the same time. Sure do hope Microsoft can fix this. Nort much value in having a Vault to store your most critical files & information if you can't access them.

I use Microsoft authenticator - It seems to work including face ID - but then after I have been forware ded to authenticator app - the app does not close after face ID positive recognition - and the the window in ondrive app appears -> cannot unlocked vault Would be really great if I could get support Cheers Robert

I've had the same problem, for about 2 weeks now, can't access vault, anything I auto save vanishes and anything I pin vanishes, they are findable with a bit of digging on the browser, but an absolute pain, as soon as it's resolved I'm never using one drive again, its not fit for purpose. deleted apps and re installed, authenticated multiple ways, nothing works, absolute shambles, It's made my PhD probation review far more stressful than it needs to be.

I've had the same problem for the last couple of days. None of the three ways of accessing my personal vault I used in the past works now. It's frustrating to be unable to access important data. I hope Microsoft solves this quickly.
