Microsoft's human verification has always been a rather tricky problem, as it involves complex algorithm comparisons and requires uploading data to the server for encryption and decryption. Therefore, sometimes even real humans may not pass the so-called human verification. Believe me, you are not alone in this issue.
Generally, when encountering this problem, you only need to wait for a while, and once the server clears its cached data, the issue will resolve itself. So overall, this human verification service is still functional.
