Hi, I'm not able to paste any images that I have copied onto a blank Microsoft Whiteboard. I haven't experienced this problem until today. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried closing the application, restarting my computer, repairing the app in settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the app etc. Only appears to not work in this application as I can still paste images on other apps e.g. Word.

But the screenshot and annotate solution does not work also. It is not possible to paste any image in whiteboard.
The agent probably did not understand the problem and provided a stupid answer. I am getting tired of MS incompetence. Why can't they fix such a simple bug?
This is indeed absurd! I think they are just looking for a reason to cover the bug that they had just made. If the latest version of Whiteboard doesn't support copy pasting images (which is not a bug, they removed it), why I can't undo anything when I copy paste an image? This is not how it works. Also, removing the copy paste images feature is definitely not a good update as this feature makes it easy for people to paste an image and do their businesses, lessons and more.
I am so tired of wasting my time with Microsoft! I have spent hours with the agents on the support site with no solution to the problem!!!!

How are you supposed to "paste de screenshot into your Whiteboard canvas", if pasting is not supported?

Same situation here. Online tutor in Physics and Maths, making half of all I earn this way.
Students' questions typically available in PDFs (or they show me the problems on their screens but prefer not to export them), frequently including drawings/graphs, needing annotation to explain sth to them. Students even send me photos of their handwritten/hand-drawn work on paper and I point out details in it.
Without being able to paste a screenshot, MS Whiteboard becomes inconvenient. Students pay for my time, so I can't play with their patience.
Undoing is also very important! Even after 3.5 years, my hand is not as stable drawing on a digital board than on paper.
I understand that I pay nothing for Whiteboard, so not much basis for complaining, but can you fellow tutors recommend drawing software for Windows with similar functionality? (I bought the cheap full version of Scrble some months ago and tried it, but couldn't draw smooth lines if they were curved or even just at an angle.)
