Hi, I'm not able to paste any images that I have copied onto a blank Microsoft Whiteboard. I haven't experienced this problem until today. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried closing the application, restarting my computer, repairing the app in settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the app etc. Only appears to not work in this application as I can still paste images on other apps e.g. Word.

Hi, I still have this same issue of not being able to paste an image. It just boots me out. I also happened to notice that whenever I try to draw a shape, and try the ink to shape function, it doesn't work at all. Is this happening to others? Or has this gotten fixed?
Same issue. I paste an image, it appears fine for about 2 seconds, then it crashes.
It seems the billion dollar corporation can't maintain something as simple as a whiteboard app.
This is our reality.
Pasting and inserting external images suddenly are not working for me again, every time I paste or insert an image it goes to "Something went wrong an error occurred while processing your request" and boots me out.
It works if I'm copy and pasting from the current whiteboard, but not if I'm pasting a screen shot of another page etc
They've fixed it FINALLY ! <3 ..
Thank you for notifying us - the paste function does work.
However, the other two issues still persist.
a) a significant lag when you write
b) the undo button is still finicky
Is anyone experiencing the same?
I find the lag happens after you have filled up about 3 pages worth of work at 100% zoom, so what I've been doing is start a new board when this happens
