Not able to paste any images onto Microsoft whiteboard

Hi, I'm not able to paste any images that I have copied onto a blank Microsoft Whiteboard. I haven't experienced this problem until today. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried closing the application, restarting my computer, repairing the app in settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the app etc. Only appears to not work in this application as I can still paste images on other apps e.g. Word.

    Thank you for notifying us - the paste function does work.

    However, the other two issues still persist.

    a) a significant lag when you write

    b) the undo button is still finicky

    Is anyone experiencing the same?

    I find the lag happens after you have filled up about 3 pages worth of work at 100% zoom, so what I've been doing is start a new board when this happens

    An user in another topic told, that maybe different account (or purchase plan) is the root cause, or at least a workaround.

    I tried then by myself.

    When i using my business office 365 account, the Copy+Paste function works.

    When i logged in with my private account (no plan purchased), the Copy+Paste function doesn´t work.

    Maybe this is helpful for you, as a workaround.

    This gives me hope, that the function (what is really a basic thing, just copy+paste, i´m wondering, in times of AI, what we are need to talk about) is not killed totally.
    Maybe it´s just a bug, or the plan, just keep the function in payed accounts.

    Who know´s. Microsoft is silent as always...

    Same situation here. Online tutor in Physics and Maths, making half of all I earn this way.

    Students' questions typically available in PDFs (or they show me the problems on their screens but prefer not to export them), frequently including drawings/graphs, needing annotation to explain sth to them. Students even send me photos of their handwritten/hand-drawn work on paper and I point out details in it.

    Without being able to paste a screenshot, MS Whiteboard becomes inconvenient. Students pay for my time, so I can't play with their patience.

    Undoing is also very important! Even after 3.5 years, my hand is not as stable drawing on a digital board than on paper.

    I understand that I pay nothing for Whiteboard, so not much basis for complaining, but can you fellow tutors recommend drawing software for Windows with similar functionality? (I bought the cheap full version of Scrble some months ago and tried it, but couldn't draw smooth lines if they were curved or even just at an angle.)
