Not able to paste any images onto Microsoft whiteboard

Hi, I'm not able to paste any images that I have copied onto a blank Microsoft Whiteboard. I haven't experienced this problem until today. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried closing the application, restarting my computer, repairing the app in settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the app etc. Only appears to not work in this application as I can still paste images on other apps e.g. Word.

    Hi Avinash, I had an hour with a consultant this morning. This is what the outcome was and I copy from the transcript:

    It seems like they are not prepared to do anything to help us!

    The first solution mentioned "screenshot and Annotate" does not work! as we cannot paste it onto the whiteboard!

    The second solution suggested is too time consuming! Particularly when people are paying for tuition!

    This is totally unacceptable!

    Yeah it won't paste, or undo, and sometimes I'm getting a serrious lag when drawing, so I looked around and found ziteboard.com. I gotta have something to use to teach. Whiteboard is probbly better and I'll probably go back to it once they get the bugs out, but for now: ziteboard.

    Yes! Undo, as well, has failed completely! I'd forgotten all about it, I was that put out about not being able to paste from the clipboard. Can we all somehow regress to a previous version (possibly from backed-up programme files), and then prevent updates?

    I am so tired of wasting my time with Microsoft! I have spent hours with the agents on the support site with no solution to the problem!!!!

    The agent now has just said that this will not be fixed. Since the latest update we will not be able to cut and paste.
