I am using Windows 11 Pro and am a Microsoft 365 subscriber. I am looking to get support on a problem I am having with one of the Office applications. But, when logged into my Microsoft account I click on Microsoft support, I get the following message: "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/%7Blang-locale%7D/home/contact" on this server".
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Reply, same here. I am getting an access denied when trying to contact support. I can't even contact support, had to use this account to login and see what I can do. the issue is getting worse and is now affecting my pc dowload files.
This issue happened to me on June 15, 2024. Just a few days after your issue started. Up until now I have no access to my onedrive or microsoft contact with my affected account. But it is now affecting my personal files on my PC that are not connected to onedrive.
Also having this issue! Quite a bind, as I am trying to raise tickets for a separate issue, but am now locked out!
Worked for me just now. UPDATE: Nevermind. This linked worked, but when required to log in received No Access again.
