I am using Windows 11 Pro and am a Microsoft 365 subscriber. I am looking to get support on a problem I am having with one of the Office applications. But, when logged into my Microsoft account I click on Microsoft support, I get the following message: "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/%7Blang-locale%7D/home/contact" on this server".
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

I am having the same issue. I have a Surface Device in for repair and I am trying to check on the status. Calling Microsoft is useless and I can't request a call back or chat without access to Microsoft Support.
I get the same error even when I go through the web to MS support....
I have the same issue as well..
My problem fixed. Somehow my profile got corrupted. After setting up a new profile things worked again. Not sure yet what pain i am in for getting everything xferred over, that is todays problem….
Seems to be working today. Looks like they updated the page.
