Access denied to Microsoft support

I am using Windows 11 Pro and am a Microsoft 365 subscriber. I am looking to get support on a problem I am having with one of the Office applications. But, when logged into my Microsoft account I click on Microsoft support, I get the following message: "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/%7Blang-locale%7D/home/contact" on this server".

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

    Same for me! It's really frustrating! Why is Microsoft doing this to me? It's only when trying to open the support page every other Microsoft page works for me.

    I have received a message from the Office team saying that this issue is being investigated.

    I will post back with further updates as they become available.

    P.S. The message I personally receive at the moment is, "An unexpected error occured."

    ... It is good to know that a lot more people have "access denied" lol....... that said, it is sad that we need their support.......

    The latest update for windows toasted my bluetooth, can't turn it back on, pc tells me I have latest drivers but error code 45 meaning its not connected, and cmd or powershell can't help me, tells me status is "unknown" for bluetooth and I get a "general failure" trying to stop and start bluetooth through powershell...... also, troubleshooting bluetooth tells me that my pc doesn't support bluetooth, but I literally used bluetooth on it for 8 years already..... so.....

    of course "access denied" to microsoft support doesn't make it easier :P

    Same here. Really need them to fix Outlook on ARM install and the only way is to go through support at the moment. Annoying.
