Access denied to Microsoft support

Reply, same here. I am getting an access denied when trying to contact support. I can't even contact support, had to use this account to login and see what I can do. the issue is getting worse and is now affecting my pc dowload files.

I am having the same issue and have been having it for some months - I am a windows 10 365 user. and have been getting frustratingly no help at all support when I finally got on Microsofts radar with another account - so far we are going through wiping everything and still getting the error message and unable to access the help or contact us functions in my account.

I try to logon and I get Access denied I can't get anyone to pick up the phone

Any ideas?

I am using Windows 11 Pro and am a Microsoft 365 subscriber. I am looking to get support on a problem I am having with one of the Office applications. But, when logged into my Microsoft account I click on Microsoft support, I get the following message: "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/%7Blang-locale%7D/home/contact" on this server".

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Encountering the same issue. Unable to find any way to contact Microsoft, as I am owed a refund for a subscription that should not have gone through.

What are the solutions here?

In the local version of Word for Windows, go to File > Account and look at the connected accounts that are listed there. Are you able to sign out and then sign back in, for example?
