I am using Windows 11 Pro and am a Microsoft 365 subscriber. I am looking to get support on a problem I am having with one of the Office applications. But, when logged into my Microsoft account I click on Microsoft support, I get the following message: "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/%7Blang-locale%7D/home/contact" on this server".
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
Thanks.

I wanted to tell Microsoft that the question relates to the fact that Windows 11 itself moves icons on the desktop, and the solution given does not apply to desktop icons, but to tray icons. When I wanted to contact Microsoft about this using the link at the bottom right of the page, I was redirected to a page with access denied:

Meanwhile, all links to the solution to the mentioned problem about icons lead to the specified page or to pages that relate to older Windows systems, but not to 11.
Also: I use Firefox (I use last installation pakage (instalation was today).
The problem with the icons appeared after Reinstallation Windows 11 from media with Updates in installation (and updates after it) by installing on top with saving files and data according to your recommendation after an online help session via Microsoft chat, because I have Windows Blue screen (with problems with system files also as say Blue Screen View).

After reinstalling Windows, I received a new Windows death screen, the cause of which was the old video card driver from nVidea. Using the assistant from the nVidea website, we managed to install the correct (not the latest) driver 555.85-desktop-win10-win11-64bit-international-nsd-dch-whql.exe (latest - 555.99).
But that's not all. Blue screens of death appeared again due to other system files after installing the Virtual Drive FarStoune program: fvxsscsi.sys and FLTMGR.sys. Had to uninstall the latest update (KB5030509) from the recovery interface before logging in in Windows. - It was installed incorrectly. After this, the system update window offered to install an update KB5040442, which was installed early (10.07.2024).
I don’t know when this dance with a tambourine around the Windows system will end - it has been going on since July 10, 2024.
