How can I actually chat with Microsoft support or talk to someone?
About a month ago I was able to get access to this chat via Microsoft and has a case that was opened up and was supposed to hear back after physically talking to a Microsoft technical support agent on the phone but have not heard anything since the first week of March on Thursday the 7th. I am very discouraged as this has been going on for over a month with no updates and cannot figure out a way to get contacted with support. Someone created a microsoft account with my email and I want that to be removed as I do not want that to be linked to an account that is not mine, I had even uploaded files when on the phone with the support agent showing that the account created is not mine.
If anyone has any ideas or knows of the chat or support agent I would greatly appreciate it.

You can change it if it has forgot password? You click that on... Usually will say will say going to send a code to phone or email... Make sure that you go to the bottom of the page to submit for the code.... and then you go back and put the code in and then gives you the option to change to a new password .. I hope this helps you .. joanne
