How can I actually chat with Microsoft support or talk to someone?

About a month ago I was able to get access to this chat via Microsoft and has a case that was opened up and was supposed to hear back after physically talking to a Microsoft technical support agent on the phone but have not heard anything since the first week of March on Thursday the 7th. I am very discouraged as this has been going on for over a month with no updates and cannot figure out a way to get contacted with support. Someone created a microsoft account with my email and I want that to be removed as I do not want that to be linked to an account that is not mine, I had even uploaded files when on the phone with the support agent showing that the account created is not mine.

If anyone has any ideas or knows of the chat or support agent I would greatly appreciate it.

    I've tried without success to access Word which I recently paid for. I've been hung up on three times by Microsoft "advisors". I was able to talk with Blessing and was optimistic that I was going to get the problem solved. Unfortunately I was interrupted at home and could not finish our conversation. My service number is 7056126484. I am ready to contact Visa and stop payment. The Microsoft "support:" system is not helpful in my opinion. I would really like to talk to someone, preferably Blessing.

    I dont know either how to get to talk to live technician either .. i have been reaching out for help.. for long time... either i get s ent from one departement to another... what and why did you pay money for...? same with me i try paying basic then up went up to microsoft 365 thinking a lot would be fixed with my account... and still issues..

    no I didnt and I would like my refundof the $69.75 that was taken from mybank a/c returned as I need funeral expenses with thanks Jill Hanson
