How can I actually chat with Microsoft support or talk to someone?

About a month ago I was able to get access to this chat via Microsoft and has a case that was opened up and was supposed to hear back after physically talking to a Microsoft technical support agent on the phone but have not heard anything since the first week of March on Thursday the 7th. I am very discouraged as this has been going on for over a month with no updates and cannot figure out a way to get contacted with support. Someone created a microsoft account with my email and I want that to be removed as I do not want that to be linked to an account that is not mine, I had even uploaded files when on the phone with the support agent showing that the account created is not mine.

If anyone has any ideas or knows of the chat or support agent I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi MP F, Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Blessing, an independent advisor here and a Microsoft user like you. Sorry for this inconvenience. However, I will like to state clearly Microsoft will not close any users account. Even if you were the one that opened the account yourself, Microsoft will not close the account for you. If you were supposed to get a call back from Microsoft support and you still want to contact Microsoft support, kindly follow the steps below: 1. Go to http://support.office.com/home/chat 2. Describe your issue (I need help a Microsoft account) and click 'Get Help'. Then scroll down to select Contact support. 3. Select your product (Other Products ) and category (manage account profile) > click Confirm. 4. Click ‘Chat with support agent’ > Confirm. 5. Click Start Chat. Let me know if you need more help. Regards, Blessing

Microsoft does not give a damn if you want support. They just want you to get frustrated going in circles with their automated support and go away.
