How can I actually chat with Microsoft support or talk to someone?
About a month ago I was able to get access to this chat via Microsoft and has a case that was opened up and was supposed to hear back after physically talking to a Microsoft technical support agent on the phone but have not heard anything since the first week of March on Thursday the 7th. I am very discouraged as this has been going on for over a month with no updates and cannot figure out a way to get contacted with support. Someone created a microsoft account with my email and I want that to be removed as I do not want that to be linked to an account that is not mine, I had even uploaded files when on the phone with the support agent showing that the account created is not mine.
If anyone has any ideas or knows of the chat or support agent I would greatly appreciate it.

I have to talk with live person ... due charging a credit card twice.. for my microsoft 365... plus starting this month i updated... due for more storage pictures and all.. as of now call credit card company... they took the charges off.... I will not pay and i know others wont... i asked for help.. and got none..and too put up thru page after page..to get help... or directed to wrong chats or still waiting for answer and my one drive... is in a mess..need telephone to microsoft support to fix billing... asap..and to direct me what i purchased not what they wanted.. and double charge..... this is not the first time...and also on my pc all the time .. has now to share with 5 family members thats not what i paid for...and need to talk to a live person... thank you... that is knowledgebale with what i purchased and why double charges again...
