How can I actually chat with Microsoft support or talk to someone?

About a month ago I was able to get access to this chat via Microsoft and has a case that was opened up and was supposed to hear back after physically talking to a Microsoft technical support agent on the phone but have not heard anything since the first week of March on Thursday the 7th. I am very discouraged as this has been going on for over a month with no updates and cannot figure out a way to get contacted with support. Someone created a microsoft account with my email and I want that to be removed as I do not want that to be linked to an account that is not mine, I had even uploaded files when on the phone with the support agent showing that the account created is not mine.

If anyone has any ideas or knows of the chat or support agent I would greatly appreciate it.

    I tried that twice. The first time, the response was "I would hear back from them via email within 24 hours". No such luck. The second time the chat area replied "we have 7 people ahead of you and wait time is 25 minutes". I replied "I am waiting", 30 min later I replied the same thing; however, my message would not go through. I tried twice more; finally, took the hint: they disconnected me.

    Blessing's advice doesn't work for me. I get to the part where I am asked to describe the problem (constant notifications about a Microsoft Account Problem), but then get back to a page asking me to use a helper program. Never see a choice to chat or get a call back. Tried Firefox and Chrome. Will this only work on Edge?

    That absolutely does nothing... It's impossible to get in touch with any live help whatsoever... I've been trying for about and hour and a half straight. This is the worst support system I've ever dealt with. I love paying for a service that I can't use, and not being able to get help to use it... **** ridiculous
