How can I actually chat with Microsoft support or talk to someone?

About a month ago I was able to get access to this chat via Microsoft and has a case that was opened up and was supposed to hear back after physically talking to a Microsoft technical support agent on the phone but have not heard anything since the first week of March on Thursday the 7th. I am very discouraged as this has been going on for over a month with no updates and cannot figure out a way to get contacted with support. Someone created a microsoft account with my email and I want that to be removed as I do not want that to be linked to an account that is not mine, I had even uploaded files when on the phone with the support agent showing that the account created is not mine.

If anyone has any ideas or knows of the chat or support agent I would greatly appreciate it.

    That absolutely does nothing... It's impossible to get in touch with any live help whatsoever... I've been trying for about and hour and a half straight. This is the worst support system I've ever dealt with. I love paying for a service that I can't use, and not being able to get help to use it... **** ridiculous

    To be honest I would go and see your local microsoft independant person. I have spent 12 hours so far to be in a much worse situation. Sadly Microsoft do not appear have proper support or anyone trained to any reasonable level of competence. My 10 year granddaughter is more tech savvy than they are, The support is a total joke.

    They take my money every year but from now on I will gladly pay for my local experts to do a proper job. My lost of 12 hours of personal time in the evening so far, it will be worth every pound.

    I have followed this link several times and the chat option does not appear. I spent several hours online with a couple of tech people and was promised a call today (By Austin) between 10AM and Noon EST. It is nearly 12:30 and I have not received that call. When I contact support via another phone I am shut out by the AI voice that tells me to fix my problem online. I need to be able to speak to a human being.
