How can I actually chat with Microsoft support or talk to someone?
About a month ago I was able to get access to this chat via Microsoft and has a case that was opened up and was supposed to hear back after physically talking to a Microsoft technical support agent on the phone but have not heard anything since the first week of March on Thursday the 7th. I am very discouraged as this has been going on for over a month with no updates and cannot figure out a way to get contacted with support. Someone created a microsoft account with my email and I want that to be removed as I do not want that to be linked to an account that is not mine, I had even uploaded files when on the phone with the support agent showing that the account created is not mine.
If anyone has any ideas or knows of the chat or support agent I would greatly appreciate it.

I have been tru to speak to a live person my Microsoft account keeps locking me out. I am trying to get a 3rd party app out side of microsoft store. Can not not because computer is stuck in S mode
This doesn't seem to work anymore. It just takes you to a "Bad Request - Request Too Long"
My OneDrive (online and connected folder) will not allow me to add file with an error message "You don't have enough space...". Which is not accurate because I've only used 0.1 GB of the 1 TB that I pay for monthly with my subscription. I have gone through all the self help articles, submitted email requests for help, scoured the internet for many weeks for a solution and cannot figure out how to get customer support.

My account has been locked for ******@outlook.com and i filled out form and still cant get help to unlockit my alternative email is ******@outlook.com
I ended up leaving my phone on hold for the entire evening - 7.5 hours and no one EVER PICKED UP!!! 🤬
