How can I actually chat with Microsoft support or talk to someone?

About a month ago I was able to get access to this chat via Microsoft and has a case that was opened up and was supposed to hear back after physically talking to a Microsoft technical support agent on the phone but have not heard anything since the first week of March on Thursday the 7th. I am very discouraged as this has been going on for over a month with no updates and cannot figure out a way to get contacted with support. Someone created a microsoft account with my email and I want that to be removed as I do not want that to be linked to an account that is not mine, I had even uploaded files when on the phone with the support agent showing that the account created is not mine.

If anyone has any ideas or knows of the chat or support agent I would greatly appreciate it.

    This link will tell you that the link is no longer supported and it sends you right back into the never ending vortex of filling out info and submitting stupid CAPTCHA responses only to get bumped back to filling out the same info again. It's impossible to speak to a person. If you call you are told to go to the website and submit a request - I've been trying on and off for 2 years to get some support. Today I finally got a call back only to be put on a "Brief hold" by someone I could barely understand. That was FOUR HOURS AGO and I am still on hold!

    USE GOOGLE SUITE, people - I would never recommend Microsoft office now thanks to this HORRIBLE SUPPORT.

    I find it exasperating that I can't speak with a REAL person directly to correct my billing situation!!! Not a great experience to work with a known company that prevents live contact!!!
