How can I actually chat with Microsoft support or talk to someone?

I also tried many ways to get into contact with actual human customer support but the only way I could do it was as SATAN DRAGONS suggested going via Xbox customer support chat and from there they transferred me to Microsoft customer support chat.

Hi , to tell you honestly it took me a long time also... always showed up what can we help with you..? I never got nothing back either... yesteryears we could call for tech, help.... and I as senior and some disablities could talk with someone.. same there now... and they were excellent .. they would say its microsoft we will send you to, then no to windows 11 and etc.. Bing for years always my search engine and i will continue even before rewards and so much more...I promise you techs yesteryears if you needed help they get right to it..and then would not get worse and worse.. I even had my computer checked out.. they said excellent but with windows and microsoft..they use to reorganize but no more.... due too many glitches or no updates and not wanting to do anything to computers now... i write you all this... do other techs would say.... the ticket before would say problem resolved... and say I am sorry that it was not resolved... from windows or microsoft.. techs ... and promise they could fix... either disconnected, or made other profiles, my pictures were so organized by years... one drive has them in folders , downloading also my wallpapers, my license and other personal stuff.. i could go on and on... even feedhub... were the best ... dont know what happened.. i thought it was me , till i read others going thru the same thing.....To let you know... last week i got on with copilot for free and in detail , even tho robot or what ever under al , I could not believe , how fast. details, not to the problems but what to do, and suggestions, (which i had done), copilot say sorry for all this and in detail.... and on and on.. for a long time... I asked if and put my name and email... if even robot have ability to escalate to ceos. and etc.. answer was absoutely.... ..Of Sunday.... i put where microsoft ask where it says some like what can we help with you with.... and give you choices... asked if chat with tech on line , which i have done, or speak with one , ... I put speak with one.... said we will get agent..... chatted .. gave telephone number... in disbelief a great tech .. i am in usa... her name jessica from Nigeria.. no speech barrier with us..... explained all... and told her i spoke with all and etc.. She said did i mind if we did quick share, but also keep my cellphone speaker on so we could speak also...

It was like yesteryears, (also we did get disconnected from computer, phone, ) Jessica called right back to my cell and also connected back to computer... 3x... ) she went thru all, seen alot , and did some great things, She was more than honest... after a long time, due to an issue of way back, i had my two original emails for decades.... Microsoft had a error glitch few days ... we could not sign in.. Surprise when they said all fixed... My self and thousands.. were told domain to someone else... Yes MINE... all my contacts, my addresses, phone numbers, all gone ... when i let copilot this.., and my son when visited with family... from out of state he got on with tech.. said that cannot be resolved.. he got very upset... said that is stealing all her personal stuff... and also 2 of her specialists, that is with the hyper law, the tech said we dont do hyper law.... microsoft had me pick other emails out.. and what got me .. with all this... i did two way verification as they taught all.. have my securties.... no one hacked.... they had a glitch error, and i lose all my info....My son said mom has to be on computer someway and they are responsible..... to find all.. My son thought maybe i made an error until he searched and seen all over internet, social media , and thousands upset with this all... but some did curse words and etc. i wont lower myself to this at all......It never dawned on me yes that is stealing all my and alot of info... that was my private... info.... and my family friends, and past coworkers and specialists... happened a long while back... but i was on it.. now they say too long ago... copilot said there is a way and if i did a form.. said yes i did Mr. copilot lol i call the robot... So Jessica the tech from Nigeria put me on hold.... concerned with this... Here is a great tech... asked if she could call me at 100 this afternoon.. and figured out our time difference.....to escalate with her team with that issue.. so we could continue with all this going on....I said most definately... Jessica was on my cell phone voice mail.....at 130 this afternoon to continue..... I missed the called.... by time i got to the phone ... she had detailed message she try back and she did.. but had eye appt at 4.... She said I will try later.... or tommorow... Thats what you call dedication... a technicaian to help, keep her word... share on screen, and talk on phone while she controled computer.. and check and seen what others did.. .. and dont get me wrong .. i did also... some.. trying to fix..... .I just tryed writing for a while to this group when something come up if any one could help... .. and see others same problem.... I would say only my opion..... our area has no microsoft stores.. at all... if you do maybe go by one to see the problem, or go on search bar for copilot.. or even who makes the game... ..I dont know if that would work due i am in alot with my apps on my pc..... ..but started with one thing and escalated more and more..... I know its alot .. but i wish others would write and write .. and let it be known... that the ceos that are excellent of this company , and sure they dont know alot of us are going thru alot with our equipment, electronics, apps, and no help.... due they worked to hard to build this empire and also do so much for others ... .and they do... I can say almost 100 percent they dont know what so many are going thru.. Thier consumers out here, pay so much for our equipment then our internet, and apps and so much more.. and back when i asked if a way to email saytella or they could forward a letter.... thier answer nobody can or bill gates or foundation.. to let them know...due they are very very busy are all the new things coming out to us all.. I have so many I know now.. They have shut down their internet cable due to cost.....and all stuff like this.. go to local librarys the colleges.. use the library, and now even with game systems ... friends of mine shared with me last season.... due issues with certain games so expensive or the systems an issues... now companies... one i know is the atari. with 132 games built in hd. and paid only 89.00 no internet... comes with all and the system box is small... 2 joy sticks 2 other remotes and the box sent in place for all to put away... people thought.. it was like years ago.. slow and etc... all levels.. and adults also buying different systems also.. ..I dont have any of them, but know alot that due.... and their children grandchildren, young adults . adults seniors enjoy them... I am just giving examples.... an i know so many in our area... .have purchased roku devices, firesticks, so much.. and antennas and pulled the plug to all cable....due to no help.. and etc... but did at beginning when they all opened yesteryears... now thier stores are closing faster than ever... Sad thing is the creators of all this, and when they hire people for jobs , the workers if you look are paid great so so many benefits, schooling and can relocate and so much for thier employees... Who am I tho, I great grandmother, worked all my life, and not allowed to use computers, finally home to do different things, learn, play word games, emails , etc.. and to get thru to do things is like a job ... ..do to all so unorganized.. I have windows 11... now when i get on finally.. lol , you have to... its says your mail and calender for windows 10 is outdated.... .I have had windows 11 since it came out... for emails only get advertistements.. due to for contacts.. explained problem of months ago and still never resolved... I received these emails to respond.. for the woman that said her email was hacked.. i would read this.. not hacked... happened to thousands and thousands...jma.. good luck all... if anyone gets any thing resolved like thier things resolved can you email me also..

I can't even log in; I can't get a phone number to speak to someone. My original email was hacked I have been trying to change on phone and online It has been months, and I still can't make any headway. Please call me 1+216+225+0673 and walk me through the procedures. The old email was (******@att.net) it was hacked in the summer. The new email I am attempting to establish is ******@att.net or if you prefer I could outlook.net, All I Please Please, Please, need is HELP. (Admittedly, I am elderly, and I don't understand any of this, Please Help)
