These issues are specifically for accessing files/folders within File Explorer.
Noted today that for shared folders that were previously added (and readded today) to My Files do not allow access to the contents of the folder but instead they appear as a link to the webpage portal for access to the folder.
Initial access to the web portal version did not seem to work until after logging out and back in again (I think this is referenced in a published workaround).
Further, the same shared folder cannot be accessed via the link in Quick Access. It provides a "location is not found" error instead.
Not sure if there's a fix to this pending?

And yet Microsoft is still telling people it's a bug they're working to fix. A bug that's been reported for at least the past 8 months. I asked ChatGPT what it thought about all this, and its answer was that it appears Microsoft is trying to force a change of user behavior without being upfront about it. I don't know whether that's true or not, but it feels like it.
We just recently experienced this same issue. I am no longer able to share a OneDrive folder and have it accessible in the shared person's File Explorer. We gave up trying to fix it after reading the 100's of posts from people with the same issue.
We installed Google Drive and are Sharing Folders, via File Explorer. Google Drive Works, Microsoft OneDrive does NOT.
Lost it this morning, same issue as described through this thread. My wife logon seems to work for now. We are sitting right next to each trying to get our taxes done using shared folders as we have each and every year for the past IDK how many yeas and now suddenly NOT.

Make sure the WebClient is running. Windows+R services.msc ... scroll down and ensure it is enabled
If you don't see then you may want to run integrity scan from command line as administrator
sfc /scannow
