These issues are specifically for accessing files/folders within File Explorer.
Noted today that for shared folders that were previously added (and readded today) to My Files do not allow access to the contents of the folder but instead they appear as a link to the webpage portal for access to the folder.
Initial access to the web portal version did not seem to work until after logging out and back in again (I think this is referenced in a published workaround).
Further, the same shared folder cannot be accessed via the link in Quick Access. It provides a "location is not found" error instead.
Not sure if there's a fix to this pending?

So what is the fix or conclusion here, I still don't understand. Do we have to unintlstall and reinstall onedrive or update somehow. Does it automatically update?? Our shared folders within file Explorer are still just linking to the browser.
Will the shared folder issues within the OneDrive mobile app be resolved as part of this? We have also lost ability to move, copy and scan files withing a shared folder in the mobile app.
Thanks.
My access to the shared OneDrive in Explorer returned two days ago. However, my wife seems to be in a halfway state. She sees some, but not all of the subfolders.
Thanks for that link, Mark. It supports my earlier suspicion that an ongoing account migration might be responsible for that issue.
What is sad about this is that Microsoft apparently doesn't migrate accounts in logical groups. For example, we have three accounts in our 365 Family subscription. By migrating these all at once, or at least closely together, this issue would have been minimised or even avoided for us, and for probably many other affected subscribers in similar situations.
If accounts are shared widely, it won't be possible to avoid that issue, I get that. For all closed groups of just a few family accounts, or accounts that are shared with just a few others, it would have made sense to keep these together in the migration. Too bad that no attention was given to that.
Thanks for the advice and screenshot. WebClient service is running, still no luck mapping a network drive or adding a network location. I must be missing some other bit.
Also, when I enter the full path to a shared folder using the d.docs.live.net notation in the address bar of the browser, it is now throwing an authentication error at me. A few days ago this was still working.
I wonder if all of this is due to an account and/or content migration behind the scenes, and it's supposed to sort itself out once all our accounts and related OneDrive contents are on the same platform. The reason why I'm guessing this is that I have seen messages like "account migrated" popping up briefly when opening shared folders in the web browser, before getting redirected.
From what I have read in other threads, this is the exact problem. Microsoft are transferring our accounts from one system to another system. During the transition then sharing is broken. In theory once everyone is migrated the issues will be resolved again.
