A OneDrive folder has been shared with me, but in windows File Explorer, it appears as a link rather than a folder when I add it as a shortcut to OneDrive "My Files". How can I fix this so the shortcut appears as a folder instead of a link?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

It's still not working. I don't understand why Microsoft continues to remain silent on the issue except to run expensive adds promoting 365. Software that doesn't work.

Hi all, I see this is one of several threads dedicated to this issue. FWIW I am pinging the OneDrive alias on X/Twitter if you would like to monitor/engage/interact there:

This is insane. My team has used Google drive for this sort of thing for years. I finally convinced them to try one drive as i use 360 for everything else. AND IT DOESNT WORK! What year are we in? Musk is landing rockets backwards and you guys can't offer a shared drive that is instant???
