How do I stop a pop up window from sharepoint asking to use my confidential information

Hi George, On May 31, Friday, when the pop up window showed up, I clicked on ‘always allow’ then entered my password.I have not seen the pop up window since then, fingers crossed.Thanks for your help Cheers, Joan

Thanks for posting back.

If the pop up window is still there, I suggest you input the password and click "Always Allow".

If you did, and it does not appear to solve the problem, please try the following steps to remove the Office keychain and OneDrive keychain.

a. Close and quit all Office applications.

b. Go to the Finder> Applications> Utilities> Keychain Access. Select login on the left sidebar, select "All Items", and delete all items with Microsoft and Office in the name, such as "com.microsoft.oneauth….." (right-click the item and select Delete).

c. Please restart your Mac and check again.

Since you are a regular user, not an organization administrator, I'm afraid you won't be able to contact Microsoft phone support.

No need to worry. I will keep on assisting you and provide detailed steps. Please try the following steps, and then check again.

1. Click Finder in the Dock.

2. In Finder, click Application, click the down arrow next to Utilities, and double-click Activity Monitor.

3. In Activity Monitor, click the Search bar, type SharePoint, and press Enter to search for it. If you can see it, please click Microsoft SharePoint, and then click the Stop button.

4. After that, please check if the SharePoint popup window appears.
