What are you calling the Top Navigation? I see nothing that says Empty Recycle Bin.

I can't empty anymore my onedrive recycle bin at once, when i select all the files in the onedrive recycle bin the option "delete" is no more presented, only the option "restore" is.
If I empty it thru the "manage storage" page and the "empty recycle bin" hyperlink, files are still there even hours later.
The only option is select a single file at a time and use the 3 dots menu where the option "delete" is presented. But as this is file by file, this is of course completely unefficient and therefor unacceptable.
I just find out that i can select maximum 50 files to delete them all at once. Starting from 51, the option disappears... Unbelievable?!

It worked for me this way, thanks!
Go to the online recycle bin. Hold down the Shift key and click on the first file in the list. All the files will be selected. Press Delete on your keyboard.
Hi Antoine,
I have an easy work around.
*using onedrive.live.com*
Step 1: In the recycle bin, select the first couple of files so they're highlighted. Right click on the selected files and you will see delete. Press Delete.
Step 2: Immediately after those files delete, press the top left selection to select "All" which highlights all files. Right click on the selected files and you will see now delete. Press Delete.
Step 3: Some reason this only deletes 50 at a time. Repeat by selecting all files again, right click selected and press delete. If you do not see the option to delete, which you should, repeat steps 1 and 2.
Hope this helps mate.
