Hello, What software will people be using and why when Publisher is phased out in October 2026? Thank you.

I know there's InDesign and Canva. Also, will Publisher files be able to be converted ?

Learning another program that is *similar* to Publisher is frustrating. I tried Open Office a number of years ago, and gave up as it didn't have the functionality that I'd been used to with MS Office. Things were similar, but not the same. It took me ages to try and do what I could do in a few seconds in MS. There were MS features that I frequently used that were not available in Open Office. I gave up in the end.

I don't have the time or brain capability to learn a new *similar* program. I know it's a recipe for extreme brain frustration!

can LibreOfficeSuite be used to create documents from scratch in exactly the same format in which I now create them using Publisher? If I copy and paste my most recent Publisher-created document into Libreoffice Suite will I be able to go on copying and editing that file in order to create new ones with the same standard graphics in it as the old one?

MS is just as arrogant at it's founder, Bill Gates.
