My notes on my iphone were linked to my hotmail account but now they are all deleted from my iphone. How do I retrieve them?

I can see them and now I have changed my settings for nites to save to the phone rather than outlook so shouldn’t have this issue again. Thanks again for your help
Try logging into outlooklive.com in your browser and looking at your notes in there

Same thing happened to me yesterday. My hotmail email on my iPhone had ceased working a week or two ago and when I went to delete the account and re-add it yesterday (hoping to fix the problem), all my notes in the Notes app that we in the Hotmail folder have gone. I had 67 or thereabouts and some very important. They're now gone and I have no idea how to get them back.
