My notes on my iphone were linked to my hotmail account but now they are all deleted from my iphone. How do I retrieve them?

1. Could you please specify if you lost your OneNote notebooks or Notes in the Office 365 app?

If you are having trouble finding the notes on Office 365 app,

a. Open any web browser and go to https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/ b. Sign in with your Microsoft account. c. Click the OneNote icon in the top menu (next to teams icon) d. See if you can find your notes.

If that's not what you're trying to achieve, be more specific about what you want to do.

Hi, I am referring to the notes on my IPhone, these are stored on my Hotmail account and they somehow disappeared off my phone. Apple said they were stored on my Hotmail account so Microsoft should be able to retrieve them. The notes were not saved to my device or iCloud so apple was not able to assist.

If you have saved all your notes under 'Hotmail - Notes' on Apple notes, it can be located under Outlook notes.

1. Did you follow my instructions above to locate your notes on Outlook.com online?

(Sign in with your Hotmail account on Outlook.com to see if you can locate all your notes)

Outlook/hotmail notes are blank….

Apple said somehow the notes that were stored to Hotmail got deleted and Microsoft would be able to retrieve from their servers. I spoke to Microsoft tech support and they referred me to Onedrive but no reply yet from that team. All Apple and iCloud trouble shooting has been done.
