My notes on my iphone were linked to my hotmail account but now they are all deleted from my iphone. How do I retrieve them?

same issue, notes removed from my iphone, when i log in online it says 191 notes but shows nothing, my notes are more imporant than my emails! I have spoken to microsoft with no joy - very unhelpful. Now speaking to apple
