A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.

Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Sharing a OneDrive folder with a client and I've set the permission to "Anyone with link can download" and they don't have an download option. If they navigate into a folder and select a file, they get a Download link. If they select two files, the Download link disappears. So they can have to download files one at a time.
Their spouse, who is logged in to their Microsoft account, can download.
This is clearly a bug. Please fix this bug ASAP.

Still not resolved.
Still sticking with Dropbox.
Still considering canceling Office subscription as it's now virtually worthless.

For now, we recommend that you and your customers continue to experiment with other features of OneDrive, such as sharing files via email or downloading them if you have a Microsoft account. We also encourage you to regularly check for updates to OneDrive for the latest improvements and fixes.
This is the second major issue just this calendar year -- not even half over -- that keeps my clients from being able to download what they're paying me for, and with no estimate on when it will be fixed. So the "other features of OneDrive" we'll be experimenting with is called Dropbox as that seems to just work and they actually seem to test things before rolling them out to paying customers.
And since this is really the only feature of Office that I use and can't readily replace with something that's free, I've got to wonder why I'm paying you a monthly subscription fee.
May your products be filled with bugs and frustrations. Oh...wait...they already are.
