The fact that their only 'solution' is to tell people to "roll back" to the May update (ie. Version 2405, Build 17628.20110).....
And that solution is pretty poor since the issue still exists with that build. I actually did just try a roll back to Build 17628.20110 and I still get the error code with that version (how is that possible?).
Clearly, they broke something with that previous update and whatever they broke is NOT resolved by reverting to an earlier build. I think what really irritates me more than anything is support, agents, etc., posting ineffective workarounds that do not much more than waste users' time.
I also get the "slacking off" part when they're going to release a new retail version, but what about the subscription customers? Are they not trying to move those customers to the subscription model? if they are, then they need to do a LOT better in terms of support. I, and I suspect a lot of other folks, are not going to continue paying an annual fee if they can't support their subscription product.
