Update error code 30088-27 Office 2021 what to do to get corrected????

I'd like to think that a 20 page thread with "error code 30088-27" in the subject line would get someone's attention.

True -- and thanks for pointing it out -- I saw that, but I have Office 2019, so I assumed it didn't apply to me. After all, since 365 is intended to be much more changeable over time than 2019, I figured its Help would be all online, whereas 2019's help could remain internal to the program like past versions were.

Yes, you'd think an installed, perpetual product would have its help files also installed but I guess that's no longer the case.

Regardless, I just noticed that my (purportedly online "click-2-run") version of Microsoft 365 is consuming well over 3 Gigs of space on my SSD so there's that.

Is that what "click-2-run" means? My Office 2019 is also labeled "click-2-run", and it had better not be online.

I figured it simply referred to the fact that I click a desktop icon or a Start Menu item to run it -- like everything else in Windows for the past 35 years.

BTW, the reference to "Microsoft 365" might be because there's a trial version on my PC that I don't touch. But I assume that I've got a full standalone non-subscription version of 2019 that I paid for when I bought this PC.
