And, don't hold your breath expecting MS to 'fix' whatever they 'break'. In the end, their ultimate "solution" will be to release a new version, and figure out a way to 'force' as many users to 'upgrade' to the new version.
I agree with you 100%, except the part about upgrading. After all, I've been running MS 365 for the last several years and that's a subscription service I pay for annually. Thus, there is no version for me to upgrade to.
I mean, you'd think they'd be Johnny-on-the-spot when it comes to fixing errors in a product that is dependent upon users renewing their subscriptions.
