I have a Microsoft 365 personal account. I have shared folders for the recipient to upload files too. The recipient has been able to upload in the past with no issues; however the last couple of months they can no longer upload files to my shared folder. They have full edit permissions; they can access the folder, they can download files from the folder but they cannot upload to the folder. They receive no error messages just a blank screen. They have tried dragging and dropping the files, it looks like it will upload but then nothing happens, same occurs if they click the option to upload file or folder lets them select the file and click upload but again nothing happens. Folder remains empty and there are no error messages or pop-ups received. I have deleted the folder and created a new one; shared via a link and via an email address same issue. I have shared folders with other recipients to see if the issue is isolated to one person; it is not it happens to all from different folders created and shared. Not sure what has changed as I have been sharing folders for over 3 years for the recipient to upload with no problems. What has changed and how do I fix this?

This is a basic functionality of OneDrive.
If you can't fix it, you need to tell people so they can use another option.
This is beyond ridiculous. Microsoft can't get the basic functionality of a "mature" product to work even after many months? Besides DropBox, what do people use for shared storage?
September 22 and this problem still hasn't been fixed! Seriously, 4 months and Microsoft can't fix an issue with being able to share files on OneDrive???!!! I'm paying for 0365 Premium and this is a key feature that should be working. I am so disappointed in Microsoft.
Looking at the replies to my recent rant against MS's total inability to provide a fully functioning Outlook 365 and in particular sharing folders from Onedrive, which hasn't functioned for over 4 months and the reply regarding bugs affecting the system, brings to mind a very simple idea.
Maybe MS should allow the programmers to play in the "sand box" rather than trying any upgrades out in it, as certainly MS seem incapable of maintaining the core requirements of what they provide and actually sell to us in the first place.
At our school, none of our teachers are able to upload their class files. This has adversely affected our administration and business.
Please, microsoft, fix this issue!
