I get the problem whether I'm on a mobile network or on my home wifi (or any other wifi) so unfortunately I can't see that this will help me. Thank you anyway

I have a Microsoft 365 personal account. I have shared folders for the recipient to upload files too. The recipient has been able to upload in the past with no issues; however the last couple of months they can no longer upload files to my shared folder. They have full edit permissions; they can access the folder, they can download files from the folder but they cannot upload to the folder. They receive no error messages just a blank screen. They have tried dragging and dropping the files, it looks like it will upload but then nothing happens, same occurs if they click the option to upload file or folder lets them select the file and click upload but again nothing happens. Folder remains empty and there are no error messages or pop-ups received. I have deleted the folder and created a new one; shared via a link and via an email address same issue. I have shared folders with other recipients to see if the issue is isolated to one person; it is not it happens to all from different folders created and shared. Not sure what has changed as I have been sharing folders for over 3 years for the recipient to upload with no problems. What has changed and how do I fix this?

Me and my husband started having this problem last month. When I disabled my WIFI on my iphone and used 5G network I could log into OneDrive app without problems. This gave my husband an idea that our home internet DNS was blocking OneDrive. So he changed our DNS to the universal one 1.1.1.1 and 8.8. 8.8. Problem solved.
Not even this workaround works for me. The problem persists whether I use the one drive app or the browser. 😡
The only "solution" for me right now is to upload the documents to a folder of my own which I share with the person who owns the shares folders, and once a month or so get them to manually transfer the files into the correct shared folders. Very laborious and hardly a solution!
It was working about 2 weeks ago. We haven't used it since then. We can test it this Friday (7 March).
I have just started having exactly this problem. When is it going to be fixed, Microsoft? One message above claims that it has been fixed, but it has not for me.
I've been using one drive for over 10 years, and now it breaks? I upload files daily to shared folders so this is a really serious problem that is causing me enormous amounts of wasted time.
