Sway is not uploading or downloading anything today. Also I'm being blocked from support contact for some reason this afternoon whereas this morning I was able to contact an advisor. I use Sway a lot on my community homepage so this is very inconvenient, as is not knowing where the problem is. Hello Mucrosoft? Anybody there?

It started working for me again around 10:30 am (UK) today but has just wen toff again (11am UK)
Experiencing the same issue in our organisation too! Interestingly, looking at previous forum posts, it seems like this issue occurred around this time last year. Probably a server maintenance issue that needs addressing annually and Microsoft have dropped the ball.
I haven't had access to Sway since Friday. It's hugely disruptive as a large part of my workload for the week ahead is writing and distributing some sway newsletters. Any service updates or eta of resolution would be really helpful, but I cannot find this information anywhere at all.
I get an error message "We're sorry. Something is broken. Don't worry though - we've made a note of the error and will investigate it". It is all I have seen since Friday now.
Still not working!
