Sway not working

Sway is not uploading or downloading anything today. Also I'm being blocked from support contact for some reason this afternoon whereas this morning I was able to contact an advisor. I use Sway a lot on my community homepage so this is very inconvenient, as is not knowing where the problem is. Hello Mucrosoft? Anybody there?

I tried copying my sway and sending a new link out to my users but that hasn't worked either. I did see a hang waiting for Microsoft sso (single sign on) so I suspect the issue is in there somewhere.

I'm going to start copying my stuff over to a Google Sites website. If this isn't fixed by the end of today, I'll swirtch to Google Workspace and cancel my 365 subscription as Microsoft just doesn't seem to care any more.

I am curious why they have "listed" Sway in Microsoft 365 admin center under Service health as "healthy"...

We have the same issue; why was this marked as resolved and why is the servicve still marked as 'healthy' ?

This is problematic for us using sways.
