Sway is not uploading or downloading anything today. Also I'm being blocked from support contact for some reason this afternoon whereas this morning I was able to contact an advisor. I use Sway a lot on my community homepage so this is very inconvenient, as is not knowing where the problem is. Hello Mucrosoft? Anybody there?

The links to mySways do not work anymore. I noticed the security certificate for sway-cdn.com issued by Microsoft Azure expired on the 28/06. I suspect this is not a coincidence, and that is why browsers are blocking it. I'd like to have an answer,
My Sway is not working. I've reset the settings only to find that doesn't work either. The view count is also going ridiculous. Please can you sort this out. I now need to contact the people I have shared the link with to give them the new one...only to find that I didn't actually need to reset the link in the first place!
Exactly!! The view count has gone mad, as it clocks on several times with each attempt, but the connection doesn't work at the viewer end....

That's it. I've got someone clicking on two different links of the same story and I can say which one she is clicking on because the view count goes up by hundreds.
