Sway not working

Sway is not uploading or downloading anything today. Also I'm being blocked from support contact for some reason this afternoon whereas this morning I was able to contact an advisor. I use Sway a lot on my community homepage so this is very inconvenient, as is not knowing where the problem is. Hello Mucrosoft? Anybody there?

    I am receiving the error message 504.

    Our ITC have issued the following:

    "We have been made aware by our 3rd party supplier that they are experiencing issues with their system which has caused all our internal and some external website forms to become unavailable.

    Users will receive a 504 error message when they attempt to access affected forms.

    Update: The 3rd party have confirmed they have identified their issue and are working to resolved as a priority."

    This is the problem I am encountering. I was due to launch a new section of our LMS that heavily revolves around being able to embed Sway. Currently not working and previously embedded Sways not appearing anymore...

    I am having the same issue. I embed my Sways in my University's LMS. Currently none of my students can access them and have deadlines associated with the content.

    We use this for a weekly newsletter and I couldn't get it working Friday or Today. But I just searched bing for "microsoft sway" and apparently the URL has changed to neu-www.sway.com (note the neu- before the www). I presume MS will set up redirects because my old links aren't working, but they do if you swap in the URL above while keeping rest of the URL.

    I can get to neu-www.sway.com but my site still doesn't open.
