A Microsoft digital storytelling app for creating and sharing interactive reports and presentations.
Sorry, but simply not good enough.
Would please flag a security certificate issue with Microsoft Azure?
Thanks

Sway is not uploading or downloading anything today. Also I'm being blocked from support contact for some reason this afternoon whereas this morning I was able to contact an advisor. I use Sway a lot on my community homepage so this is very inconvenient, as is not knowing where the problem is. Hello Mucrosoft? Anybody there?

Hi, I'm still having the same issue today. Are we closer to resolving this?
Dear All,
For the situation you encountered, we do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.
The previous SI SW806219 has been restored, and then we have also checked it on our side, there is a new service incident. This issue was posted to the Service Status Dashboard (SHD) as an incident SW807143 - Some users may experience slowness or intermittent issues loading the Sway service, as of Monday, July 1, 2024 at 4:03 PM (CST).
Title: Some users may experience slowness or intermittent issues loading the Sway service
User impact: Users may experience slowness or intermittent issues loading the Sway service.
Current status: We're reviewing service monitoring telemetry to isolate the source of the issue and establish a fix.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
You can contact your Microsoft 365 admin and go to the Microsoft 365 admin center to check if your tenant is affected by this service incident. If yes, monitor for the latest information.
However, if you cannot find service incident in your tenant, we'd still suggest refer to the suggestion we provided before to raise a ticket to let the engineers in related team help check it from background.
We appreciate your patience.
Sincerely
Sukie | Microsoft Community Moderator
Hi, having the same issue than everybody
I am not able to access at all, since last Friday. Today not even showing the error message, it is loading and never opens.
I cannot create a case at Microsoft 365 admin centerbecause I am not the administrator of my 365
account. What should I do? is there any timeline to get this solved?
I have deadlines to achieve in sending sways, this is affecting us very much.
