Sway is not uploading or downloading anything today. Also I'm being blocked from support contact for some reason this afternoon whereas this morning I was able to contact an advisor. I use Sway a lot on my community homepage so this is very inconvenient, as is not knowing where the problem is. Hello Mucrosoft? Anybody there?

Same here (UK). All my quotes are via Sway and no one can access them now. Both me and my customers. I hope this will be sorted Asap
Same here, I heavily rely on Sway for my training, this is very disruptive, please can we have an update from Microsoft
I had only just been persuaded to adopt Microsoft Sway for teaching. Now I can't access my own resources, and students with deadlines looming can't access it either. This is ridiculous. I shall head right back to something more reliable.
