Sway not working

Sway is not uploading or downloading anything today. Also I'm being blocked from support contact for some reason this afternoon whereas this morning I was able to contact an advisor. I use Sway a lot on my community homepage so this is very inconvenient, as is not knowing where the problem is. Hello Mucrosoft? Anybody there?

    I don't know if this helps you or not - if I sit and continually hit refresh (slowly so I can see whether it responds), my sway will eventually connect - both signed in and not.

    This suggests to me that some servers in your farm are indeed responding so it feels like something has or has not been propagated across the server farm.

    I know that certificates have been mentioned and one user mentioned an expiry message on 28th June - the day the issue started. It might be worth checking that new certificates are correctly installed on all servers and are correctly related to the certificate on the SSO servers.

    I have long been a Microsoft stalwart, but there just seem to be too many issues, many with no real updates on what is being or was fixed..

    I've recreated my sway site on Google Sites, sent out a new link and my users can now get to the content they need. Quite intuitive - It took about 30 mins but easy enough to do.

    If they like it (and I don't think it looks much different) it's bye-bye microsoft, hello google!!

    Same here. Newsletter should have gone out end of June now its 1 July with no resolve.

    Does any of you experience issues with embedding the Sway's into a LMS? It doesn't work here on my end, and it hasn't worked since Friday - so it must be related to the issue you all are experiencing in this post as well.

    We are heavily relying on the embed-codes to work, as we are storing a lot of our training material on Sway.
