Sway is not uploading or downloading anything today. Also I'm being blocked from support contact for some reason this afternoon whereas this morning I was able to contact an advisor. I use Sway a lot on my community homepage so this is very inconvenient, as is not knowing where the problem is. Hello Mucrosoft? Anybody there?

I'm paying money for this service. I've tried to ring but get hung up on. Radio silence on this forum when reading back through the posts. Is there a fix coming please?
Exactly!! The view count has gone mad, as it clocks on several times with each attempt, but the connection doesn't work at the viewer end....
My Sway is not working. I've reset the settings only to find that doesn't work either. The view count is also going ridiculous. Please can you sort this out. I now need to contact the people I have shared the link with to give them the new one...only to find that I didn't actually need to reset the link in the first place!

I have both an enterprise and personal account and neither will load. This is beyond tenant server-side issues.
