Sway not working

Sway is not uploading or downloading anything today. Also I'm being blocked from support contact for some reason this afternoon whereas this morning I was able to contact an advisor. I use Sway a lot on my community homepage so this is very inconvenient, as is not knowing where the problem is. Hello Mucrosoft? Anybody there?

    I don't know if this helps you or not - if I sit and continually hit refresh (slowly so I can see whether it responds), my sway will eventually connect - both signed in and not.

    This suggests to me that some servers in your farm are indeed responding so it feels like something has or has not been propagated across the server farm.

    I know that certificates have been mentioned and one user mentioned an expiry message on 28th June - the day the issue started. It might be worth checking that new certificates are correctly installed on all servers and are correctly related to the certificate on the SSO servers.

    I believe this issue has been happening since Friday. Please pass this message back to your management.

    30 years in IT management - Standard practice - Roll back all of your changes to the last known good state - or refund your customers for a service they are paying for but not getting.

    Day 3 of the ":-( We're sorry. Something is broken" error page. My June newsletter going to look a bit ridiculous when it gets sent in July! Please can we have an answer as to when this is going to be resolved, if ever.

    That's it. I've got someone clicking on two different links of the same story and I can say which one she is clicking on because the view count goes up by hundreds.
