Sway not working

Sway is not uploading or downloading anything today. Also I'm being blocked from support contact for some reason this afternoon whereas this morning I was able to contact an advisor. I use Sway a lot on my community homepage so this is very inconvenient, as is not knowing where the problem is. Hello Mucrosoft? Anybody there?

My sway won't even load! Fed up with sway issues. So unreliable.

Same issues experiencing here since 23:00 28/06/2024 in the UK.

Any idea when issue will be resolved? - Issues with Microsoft applications are begining to become more frequent so maybe change the wording from Productivity for your apps because if it goes down we cant use it, so not really productive is it?

Hi Sukie,

Can you give us an update on this please. Microsoft Showcase Schools applications are due on Monday and must include a Sway. Without access I cannot put the application together.

I'm so glad it's not just me too. I use it for all my newsletters and spent hours preparing June's to send out yesterday and I really don't want to make it again!!
