    Hi АлександрЮров,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, I would like to know if the problem occurs when accessing the SharePoint for iOS app or when accessing SharePoint in your iPad's browser such as Edge.

    • If it occurs when accessing SharePoint in your iPad's browser, it is caused by a service incident. This issue has been posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident SP796846 starting on Mar 30, 2024, 11:07 AM GMT+8.

Scope of impact: Users serviced by the affected infrastructure may be unable to render SharePoint Online sites through Edge on iOS devices.

Tenant administrators can view current information and updates on SHD at the link here.

    • If it occurs when accessing the SharePoint for iOS app, I would like to collect more information about the problem.
    1. Did the app crash? Did any error message appear? Please provide more details about the problem.
    2. Can you access SharePoint in the browser? Please go to www.office.com, sign into your account, and then click the SharePoint icon in the left sidebar. If you don't see the SharePoint icon, please point it out and let us know.
    3. Ensure that the SharePoint for iOS app is the latest. You can go to the App Store to check it.
    4. Also, I suggest you check the app settings in the iPad's system settings. Go to System Settings, find and select the SharePoint app. Make sure the "Background App Refresh" option is enabled. Also, please check its Wireless Data option. I suggest you choose "WLAN & Cellular Data". If the problem still occurs, please disconnect WLAN and connect to your mobile phone's hotspot, and then check again.

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    George | Microsoft Community Moderator
