Accessing Share Point content through mobile app at home

Hello, I work for a Hospital system which uses Share Point. Our unit has its own, private Share Point page. I have looked at numerous settings and cannot find why our staff cannot access our units page from home. I have downloaded the Share Point app, I can see my personal profile through our organization. I can also see the name of our unit and some users but I cannot see any content. Can you assist? Thank you.

Regarding "I can see my personal profile through our organization. I can also see the name of our unit and some users but I cannot see any content.", is the page just showed as blank or with some error message in your SharePoint app? Do other users encounter the same issue when they are at home? Some related screenshots are appreciated.

Note: Remove nay private information before uploading the screenshots.

It seems that you can access and see the page content in the hospital. If you use the hospital internet, can you see the page content in your SharePoint app on your phone?

Can you access other pages in your SharePoint app at home?
